Jeff has over 27 years of
extensive experience in the construction industry beginning in 1979 as a carpenterĶs helper.
In 1983 Jeff joined the union and began his career as a carpenter by becoming an apprentice.
After 10 years in the field of carpentry and being both a rough and finish carpenter foreman,
Jeff became a project manager/general contractor. Although Jeff is no longer in the field working
as a project manager, he still oversees the day to day operations of the company.

Steve Wollersheim: "Architectural Designer"

Steve has his degree in Architecture
from UW-Milwaukee and 15 years of experience in residential design. His resume includes over 200 new and addition
/ remodeling residential designs as well as many multi-family apartment and condominium projects throughout Southern
Wisconsin. His strengths are in listening to your ideas and desires and combining them in a way to create new
unique and innovative home designs.

Kory L. Schulze: "Administrator"

Kory handles all aspects of the financial transactions for JFK
Design-Build. She works directly with the owners to simplify their selection process and helps keep the owners and project
managers working together for the best possible outcome. Kory has been with JFK Design-Build for just over one year and has
experience working in financial and management roles for the last five.

Mark Herbst: "Construction Project Manager"

Over 21 years ago, Mark began his career in
the construction industry as a rough carpenter. He used his knowledge he gained working in the field to become a respected
building inspector for a local municipality. In that role, he became an expert on all construction related laws and regulations
throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. He now uses that knowledge to manage many of our construction projects.

Bill Kieckhefer: "Construction Project Manager"

Bill has 20 years of experience with ńJFK Buildersī and
ńJFK Design-Buildī in construction and construction management. He has developed strong relationships with our building partners
(sub-contractors) and clients. His valuable experience and work ethics make him an instrumental part of why projects run efficiently
and effectively.

Bob Walkowiak: "Construction Project Manager"

Bob has over 16 years of experience
in the construction industry. He began his career as a finish carpenter and within 2 years became a foreman.
He lead finish carpentry crews for over 12 years. Bob joined JFK Design-Build in 2005 and uses his construction
and management skills as a project manager for both multi-family and single family projects.
