JFK Design-Build inc. is a residential design and construction company w/ roots dating back over 40 years. Our expertise is in the design and construction of custom single family and multi-family residential projects.

Our approach is to provide design and construction services in a format where design and construction are integrated into a unified process: a so called èOne-Stop Shopî. Although we exist as separate entities, the joining of forces where the designer, builder, and owner work together in a team-like atmosphere creates advantages which ultimately lead to the best possible solutions for unique and truly custom homes.
