Finally people in my neck of the woods are realizing that you are a great builder. I told Tom the other day that what is truly amazing to me is that our house gets better each year because we’re improving the landscaping and decorating the inside. We truly love our house.

It´s been almost two months since we moved into our new house so I thought it was about time I got a note out to you thanking you for helping us build such a beautiful home.

Being first time builders I don´t know if we could have ever expected to have such a great experience in building. People all around us only related horror stories about builders and contractors and delays and budgets, etc., but they obviously hadn't´t done work with you and your company. From our initial meetings on design through the actual building process to the tidying up of some of the little •bugs´ we´ve had I would rate our experience was very positive.

Being a fairly conservative person, I did take the time throughout to check pricing with companies other than your preferred suppliers and found in all instances that your suppliers were as competitive as anyone else out there. They have also been very timely in their follow-up and correction of any small issues that have come up.

Please let Steve know that he did a great job taking our rough floor plan and making it into a unique, functional, and warm home. Also let Mike know I appreciated the way he handled the billing issues and how he worked with us trying to get the house closed on such a tight time frame. If you need any references feel free to put us down - we would be happy to talk to anyone who would like to build with you.

Thanks, Jeff. We couldn't´t be happier. This has truly been a great experience and we have you and Steve and Mark to than for that. Despite all the crazy water problems, I´m glad we stuck it out and I´m confident that we are going to be very happy in our new home. I know I´ve said it before, but it merits saying again. I makes all the difference in the world to be working with professionals who know what they are doing and who work with values of honesty and integrity. Our experience with Steve was unbelievable. He not only listened to what we had to say but he was able to take our vision and create a home that really captures our lifestyle. Then we moved on to you and you helped us turn that vision into reality and within our budget. You had the tough part of dealing with the realities of our soil and the limitations of our budget and you did it with grace and finesse. It was hard imagining that we would have to rely on someone else during the construction phase. Then came Mark. He is so easy to work with and has some really good suggestions and I think we´ve implemented every one of them. Everyone said that it was great to have our house next door so we could keep our eye on what´s going on. Truth be told, we don´t feel the need to do that. Every time we talk to Mark, he´s explaining things that are being done which we never would have thought of and leaves us with a high level of confidence that things are being done correctly. In short, we don´t worry about anything which is contrary to what everyone is telling us we should be doing.

I´ll stop gushing now. Everyone has a horror story to tell about their building experience. We have our Lake Fuller stories but when it comes to the design and building, we have nothing but compliments.

Barb and I visited our new home at Hawks Ridge over the last weekend and are delighted with the quality and progress that is begin made. This is our first experience building a new home at long distance and we weren´t sure just what to expect when we got there.

Three things especially got our attention and they have prompted this writing.

1. The quality and workmanship in the home is outstanding, even in the roughing stage that we are in now. I´m much more comfortable that the finished product will meet or exceed our expectations.

2. The coordination between your multi-level organizations is wonderful. Every item on our wish list was communicated to the construction crew as was executed flawlessly.

3. Mark was very accommodating and helpful. He willingly shared his plans and rearranged his schedule to meet with us.

I guess we should not have been surprised because we have received wonderful service all along the way.

Just wanted to let you know that at the annual meeting last night the Homeowners spoke up to say what a terrific job Bill K does at Clearwater Bay and that Bill is JFK's best asset!

I want to tell you about the excellence of one of your employees, Bob Walkowiak. He is the greatest person. He is caring, responsible and reliable. He instills confidence. When I ask Bob for something I don´t have any doubt about it being taken care of. And, not only will it be taken care of, but also I can be sure he will go the extra mile, whatever that is.

I love JFK builders they are the best to work with. I have so many friends who have built and are so unhappy. Everyone you have hired has been wonderful. Thank you for making this a truly wonderful experience.
