Patti and I are recent empty nesters. So we decided it would be a good time to build a new home that accommodates our newfound lifestyle better. We decided on a ranch style with an exposed lower level, that way we still get the benefit of the lower level space, with a rec room, bar, extra bedroom, etc. yet if we want we can really just live on the first floor. As we go through our own home building process, I’m starting to notice something about myself.
Every home that I have ever had the honor to build I’ve treated as if it were my personal home.
And anyone that knows me personally knows just how hands-on I am with every project we do.
I just can’t help myself. . .building homes has been my passion for over 30 years and my goal has always been to be as hands-on as possible, from start to finish. Not only because I enjoy it, but also because it’s the only way to obtain the best results for my clients.
There’s a lot of stress and uncertainty that comes with building a new home, that I understand. And it’s my job is to eliminate that stress and uncertainty for our clients. Simple as that.
